The Fursuit Database stores the following types of data: (1) Public content — fursuit profiles, builder profiles, photos, and metadata you submit. (2) Account information — your email address, display name, and role. (3) Preferences — your favorited builders and dashboard settings, stored locally in your browser and on our servers.

Your email address is used for authentication and account recovery only. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We never share your email with third parties or display it publicly on your profile.

All fursuit and builder profile information you submit is publicly visible on the site once approved by a moderator. Your personal account information (email, password) is private and never shared. Your display name appears on your submissions.

Your favorited builders are stored locally in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to our servers unless you sync them with your account. Clearing your browser data will remove local favorites.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Anonymous analytics may be collected to improve site performance and user experience.

Public submissions remain in the database indefinitely unless removed by a moderator or the original submitter. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account, and export your contributed data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
